Vendor Details

Each table includes 2 chairs per table, table covering, and 2 vendor badges per table. *Additional badges must be purchased if needed.

Sponsorship Options

Standard Sponsorship Package: $250; Includes 1 Table, Advertising on Main Website, advertising on social media posts (standard posts & video), Advertising at the event, one (1) Coliseum T-Shirt.

Prime Sponsorship Package: $550; Includes three (3) vendor tables, three (3) badges, Advertising on Main Website, advertising on social media posts (standard posts & video), Advertising at the event, three (3) Coliseum T-Shirts.

Vendor Load-In & Check-In

  • Vendors will load in through the front door.
  • Once inside, there will be event staff at the entrance to check you in.

Food Vendors

  • Food Vendors will load in at the front of the main entrance.
  • Food vendors will not have a dedicated power supply, so food trucks and tables must be self-sustaining.
  • Food vendors must have all necessary state and city permits to operate and may be asked at any time to provide these documents by event staff of facility representatives.

  • Vendor Giveaway Donations
    Vendors may donate items to the DJ Booth at any time in exchange for free sponsorship time. During the giveaway period (approximately one hour), your business will be announced and promoted as a sponsor.

  • Final Daily Giveaway

  • Vendor Setup: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Show Open: 10:00 AM
  • Show End: 6:00 PM
  • Trade Night: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Coliseum Trading Cards & Collectibles)
  • Doors Close: 7:00 PM

Sunday, March 15, 2026

Display Case Rental

  • Display Case Size: 3 ft x 2 ft
  • Rental Fee: $50 for the weekend
  • Limited availability

Vendor Giveaway Donations

  • Vendors will be asked if they would like to contribute items to the giveaways.
  • Participating vendors will receive on-stage recognition during the giveaway period.
  • All giveaway activities benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

Parking

  • Free parking.

Hotel and Amenities

  • There are various hotels and restaurants along the I35 corridor and around the I35/1604 interchange.
  • vendor-exclusive break room will be provided, including complimentary drinks and snacks.
