Each 6ft table includes 2 chairs per table, table covering, and 2 vendor badges per table. *Additional badges must be purchased if needed. All participants, including children (excluding babies) are required to have a vendor badge.

Sponsorship Options

Standard Sponsorship Package: $300; Includes 1 Table, Advertising on Main Website, advertising on social media posts (standard posts & video), and advertising at the event.

Prime Sponsorship Package: $500; Includes three (3) vendor tables, three (3) badges, Advertising on Main Website, advertising on social media posts (standard posts & video), and advertising at the event.

Special Request Sponsorship Package: Contact the event organizers to discuss various advertising opportunities including logo placement, during show announcements, media placement, online paid sponsorships, charity support announcements, and gaming tournament sponsorships.

Vendor Load-In & Check-In

• Vendors will load in through the front door or front side door unless otherwise directed.
• Once inside, there will be event staff at the entrance to check you in.

Food Vendors

• Only 2 food trucks will be allowed during this show. Food truck vendors will received vendor badges so they may enjoy the show during their breaks.
• Indoor food vendors may only offer snacks and drinks. All entree food (Burgers, tacos, etcetera) is reserved for Food Trucks ONLY.
• Indoor Food Vendors will load in through the front entrance or front side entrance unless otherwise directed. FOOD TRUCKS will be located outside the REAR main entrance.
• Food vendors will not have a dedicated power supply, so food trucks and tables must be self-sustaining. 
• Food vendors must have all necessary state and city permits to operate and may be asked at any time to provide these documents by event staff or facility representatives.

The Coliseum Collectibles Expo is proud to support the Wounded Warrior Project. Proceeds from the following will contribute to this cause:

Giveaways – Benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project

• Vendor Giveaway Donations
  Vendors may donate items to the DJ Booth at any time in exchange for free sponsorship time. During the giveaway period (approximately one hour), your business will be announced and promoted as a sponsor.
• Poker Chip Challenge - Poker Chips will be provided to sponsors during the event. Attendees may exchange poker chips for additional giveaway entrees. Sponsors may give a poker chip to attendees for making a purchase, playing a game, or anything that allows attendees to earn a poker chip.

Display Case Rental

• Display Case Size: 3 ft x 2 ft
• Rental Fee: $50 for the weekend
• Limited availability - Contact the event organizer to coordinate rental

Vendor Giveaway Donations

• Vendors will be asked if they would like to contribute items to the giveaways.
• Participating vendors will receive on-stage recognition and announcements during the giveaway period.
• All giveaway activities benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

Parking

• Free parking. We ask that vendors park away from the main building once they are finished loading in so we can maximize attendee access to the venue.

Hotel and Amenities

• There are various hotels and restaurants along the I35 corridor and around the I35/1604 interchange.
• A vendor-exclusive break room will be provided, including complimentary drinks and snacks.
